James grew up in the soccer crazy city of Liverpool in England, and has been playing the game since he could walk. He grew up playing for various amature and semi-pro teams in the Liverpool area before studying at Liverpool University where he achieved a BSc Combined honors degree in Sports Science with an emphasis on Teaching and Coaching methodology. Whilst at Liverpool University James played for the men's soccer team and was part of the university squad which won the BUSC national championship in 2000.
Whilst at University James coached youth players for Wigan Athletic FC of the English Premier League and visited the USA during summers to coach teams in America. He has coached in over 20 different States from East to West coast and has a wealth of experience working with players of all ages and abilities.
Lee hails from Crawley town just outside of South London. During his youth he played County Level and represented the South West of England. Lee went to Leicester University and accomplished an N/SVQ in the discipline of Exercise & Fitness.
When Lee left for the U.S.A he was playing for Horsham Town at a semi – pro level.
Since arriving In the U.S.A, Lee has coached all across the country from North Carolina to California, Coaching all ages and abilities. Lee has carried on his education and currently holds a USSF ‘C’ license.
